Coffee
Our coffee comes from Origin coffee in Cornwall, it is freshly roasted every week and they have proud ethical and sustainability standards.

Tea
Our tea is ‘Clipper’, It is organic, fair trade and plastic free. It makes a good, no nonsense cuppa but if you are a bit of a leaves in a teapot kinda person, we also do our own organic Bridge Blend leaf tea in a teapot with a milk jug.

Milk
Our milk comes in churns from Bruton Dairies. It is local, organic and non-homogenized and arrives in churns. We also sell it in our own re-fillable glass bottles. For non diary alternatives we use Minor Figures oat milk and Sproud ‘pea milk’.

Soft drinks
Our carefully selected soft drinks include: Somerset based Hullabaloo lemonade (real fruit juices, no concentrates) Cawston sparkling (real fruit, no added sugars or sweeteners), Kombucha from Bath Culture House (fermented with love in the Mendip Hills) and local single-variety apple juice.

Wines
Local Smith & Evans award winning sparkling and white wines. Other organic wines sourced for us by Smith & Evans.

Somerset Ciders
Single variety apple, artisan craft ciders from Perry’s and Harry’s and equally delicious craft ciders from Burrow Hill and now Parrett Cider Co.

Spirits
Smith & Evans Gin flavoured by botanicals harvested from their vineyard
Burrow Hill – Kingsdon Black, apple aperitif. Try it with a bowl of ice cream!
